● 1.75 oz. Goalong Whisky
● 1 oz. peanut orgeat
● Coca-Cola

Pour whiskey and peanut orgeat into rock glass over ice. Stir, and top with Coca-Cola. Garnish with roasted peanuts,serve.

Blood Orange & Whisky
● ½ cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice
● 3-5 tablespoons Goalong whisky
● 2-3 drops of Angostura bitters
● splash of sparkling water
● orange slices & sprigs of mint, for garnish

Mix them and serve

Whisky and Ginger

● 1.7 oz Goalong whisky
● ginger ale
● lime wedge

Fill a rock glass with ice,add the whiskey,fill the glass with ginger ale, and stir,squeeze a lime wedge over the drink, and drop it in.

Blackberry Smash

● 5blackberries
● 6-8 mint leaves, torn
● ½ small red plum, peeled and diced
● ½ oz simple syrup
● ½ oz cointreau
● 2 oz Goalong whiskey

In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries, mint, plum and simple syrup until broken up. Add ice, cointreau and whiskey. Shake it. Strain into a jar glass filled with ice and garnish with a slice of plum and sprig of mint.

Forgetfully Fernet

● 2 cups ice
● 1½ oz Goalong whiskey
● 1 oz squeezed lemon juice
● 1 oz grated ginger
● ½ oz simple syrup
● 1 oz Fernet-Branca
● 1 sprig of fresh mint

In a blender, add the ice, whiskey, lemon juice, grated ginger and simple syrup. Blend it.
Pour into a rock glass and fill to the rim with Fernet-Branca, then garnish with the sprig of mint.
